In a change to the billing, Panorama returns tonight for the New Year with The MP and the Whistleblower.

On Thursday our sister programme Spotlight broke their investigation into the private life and finances of MP Iris Robinson, wife of the leader of the DUP and Northern Ireland's First Minister Peter Robinson.

In tonight's programme, Panorama reveals more about the investigation that has led to calls for Mr Robinson's resignation. He denies any wrongdoing.

Mrs Robinson has announced plans to leave politics.
