Tonight, Raphael Rowe reveals the truth behind government figures on re-offend rates.
It's a disturbing insight which shows known sex and violent offenders are committing many more serious crimes, including rape and murder after their release from prison than the statistics suggest.

Last Monday's programme exposed a shocking picture of race relations in Britain today.
In the eight weeks that two of our undercover reporters spent on a Bristol estate they were bullied, abused and attacked more than 50 times.
Tamanna Rahman was pelted with glass and stones and threatened with a brick during an attempted mugging by an 11-year-old boy. Her "husband," Amil Khan, was punched in the head.
Both Tamanna and Amil received racial verbal abuse on several occassions.
