| PANORAMA: WHY HATE RYANIAR? - TONIGHT, 12 OCTOBER 8.30PM ON BBC ONE Hello, WHY HATE RYANAIR? Britain's ultimate no-frills airline, Ryanair, is the subject of tonight's programme. Our reporter Vivian White investigates the brand and asks how did it get the reputation as the airline Brits love to hate yet can't stop using? Speaking to passengers and insiders, Vivian also gets doorstepped by the chief executive Michael O'Leary. It's a unique experience and one you can watch in full on our website. Panorama: Why Hate Ryanair?, is tonight on BBC One at 8.30pm. MIGRANTS, GO HOME! Completing his series of programmes tracing the route thousands of migrants take every year out of Africa to Europe, Paul Kenyon visited those attempting to make the final leg of the journey from the French border to the UK. A new hard-line policy in France has seen migrants rounded up and in some cases detained or deported. Paul visits desert prisons where migrants are locked up as a result of a deal between Italy and Libya's Colonel Gadaffi. But what about those fleeing war or persecution and looking to Europe to protect them under human rights legislation? If you missed Migrants, Go Home!, you can catch it on the Panorama website where you can also watch all four of Paul Kenyon's reports in the series. That's all from us for now. Remember, you can keep up to date with Panorama on our website where you can watch Panorama programmes from the last 12 months. You can e-mail us anytime at panorama@bbc.co.uk bbc.co.uk/panorama |
